Dr.  Alexander Spence is a physician board certified in Family Practice.  

He is originally from Ontario, Canada, and moved to Florida in Aug 2018.  

He received his BS in Biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, then earned his MD in Saint George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada in May 2015.

Dr. Spence completed his residency in Family Practice at Saint Vincent’s East in Birmingham Alabama. He has worked as a hospitalist from Aug 2018.

In his free time, Dr. Spence enjoys spending time with his wife, Leiah, their children, his parents and their extended family, as well as playing tennis, computer challenges, and renovating rental homes.  

The nurses that he works with have described him as friendly, warm, and a great doctor.
